Our waters, the seas and oceans, are an integral part not only of ecology but also of societies, bridging communities together through livelihoods and the common use and conservation of resources. This talk among Filipino community leaders and environmental advocates reframes the conflict in the Southeast Asian Sea as a socio-ecological issue, highlighting the effects of international maritime aggression on marine ecosystems and the need for a regional framework of cooperation for the common good in Southeast Asia. Organized by Samahan ng Progresibong Kabataan - Katipunan (SPARK - Katipunan).
