Kipangkipang: Paglalakbay Patunong Pagpapanibago (BBY)

In light of Senate Bill No. 372 filed by Sen. Robinhood Padilla, which seeks to lower the age of criminal responsibility to 10 years old, we, as Ateneans called to be Ignatian leaders, are challenged to be persons for and with others—to truly see, hear, and learn from those most affected: children in conflict with the law (CICLs) and their social workers. In coordination with the Office for Social Concern and Involvement (OSCI), this onsite engagement at Navotas City Bahay Pag-asa invites us into a conversation on what it means to be a CICL, and how our laws and Filipino cultural norms shape the way we view children who have wronged and been wronged.
